Unlike most university programs, our training focuses on real-world sales skills—one of the most valuable and transferable skills in business. Many Canadian universities don’t offer formal sales training, but we bridge that gap by providing a structured program that builds sales expertise from the ground up.

Our onboarding training is a 5-day intensive designed to set you up with the fundamentals of our proven sales process. But the learning doesn’t stop there—intermediate-level training continues throughout the summer, helping you sharpen your skills, gain confidence, and increase your results over time.
For those who are highly committed and reach a top performance tier, we offer an Advanced Sales Training Coursedesigned to elevate the top 30% into the top 10% of performers.
Throughout the entire season, daily sales coaching is led by top 20% performers, giving you real-time feedback and mentorship from people who’ve mastered the game.
Each day starts with a correlation meeting at our training office where we review goals, analyze performance, and roleplay key parts of the pitch before heading out to sell. The focus is on consistent improvement, accountability, and execution—because we know that when you’re coachable and committed, the sky’s the limit. Then, the team heads out to actively generate sales and maximize opportunities.
We’re looking for motivated students who want to make the most of their summer—those who are eager to learn, grow, and maximize their earnings. Some first-time sales reps in our program made $20,000 per month, proving that with effort, skill, and commitment, high earnings are achievable.
