Over a 3-6 month process, you will start as a Sales Representative (first 3 months), then transition into a hands-on leadership role (last 1-3 months). This program is your gateway to becoming a full-time Sales Manager, with real-world experience, comprehensive training, and significant income potential.

Start your journey on the front lines, representing our elite team and executing our proven door-to-door sales strategies.
Earning Potential:
- Regular Performer: ~$4.5K/month
- Top 20% Performer: ~$10K/month
- Top 5% Performer: ~$18K/month
- Top 1% Performer: ~$24K/month

Phase 2: Transition to Leadership (Months 4-6–can be condensed)
Our SMIT program identifies and develops exceptional sales talent through a blend of performance, mentorship, and hands-on training. Here’s how it works:
- Month 4 – Shadowing & Initial Training:
- Shadow our current sales leaders to understand daily managerial responsibilities.
- Complete Modules 1-4 of our comprehensive SMIT Course covering foundational leadership and management skills.
- Month 5 – Co-Management & Continued Learning:
- Collaborate closely with the current leader, sharing co-management responsibilities.
- Engage in Modules 5-8 of the SMIT Course to deepen your understanding of team dynamics and performance metrics.
- Month 6 – Independent Leadership with Oversight:
- Transition into an independent leadership role, with ongoing support and evaluation.
- Finalize your training with Modules 9-12, focused on advanced strategies and full leadership responsibilities.
The Results
Upon successful completion of the SMIT process and maintaining top 20% d2d performance, you will be promoted to a full-time Sales Manager role, ready to lead and inspire a winning team.
